League-one Pre-registration instructions

On right hand side select Create Account if you are new to the program. If not please use 
your information from last year and proceed to section 2.

Section 1: 

Scroll down and please select "Registering myself or another adult in my family"

Please fill out all required fields (indicated with a *). Also, please include any other 
information you wish to complete on this page. The more completely you complete this page 
the easier it will be later.

Click on the box on the left hand side that states "I am at least 13 years old"

Click next

If it brings up a family that is associated with your name, please select one that 
  matches (if there is one, otherwise click on "none of these apply -  Continue creating account")

Verify the information you have submitted and click next.

You will now see your registration. Click on "Add new member" to add another guardian 
(Please do this if you have a secondary and emergency contact!). Please always enter a cell phone!

Next click on "Add a new member" again. If you have added a second guardian it will automatically 
bring up a child registration page. If you have not, please select "add a family member".

Enter all required information. Note that the mother's birthdate may seem an odd request, but 
the system will use that to automatically generate your child's registration number.

PLEASE ADD AN EMERGENCY CONTACT NAME AND CELL PHONE TO THIS SCREEN!

If you do not have any others to add, please click go back to

Section 2: 

On the right enter your email and password and click "login"
You will now see all the family members associated with your account. Click on the 
child you want to register.
Please select a level. This will/may not be the level your child will be playing at. 
Weight and age at registration along with Merrimack Cardinal policy will be followed.
Click "Add to cart"
Verify all the information and please indicate what volunteer position you are interested in.
